Do you build complete travel trailers or just body shells?
We build complete body shells and structural assemblies — walls, floor, roof, doors, and frame — using our own composite panels and aluminum structural profiles. The customer (RV brand or dealer) adds the interior fit-out (cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, appliances) and running gear (axles, suspension, brakes). This OEM model lets brands focus on their interior design and customer experience while we handle the structural engineering and material science.
What composite materials are used in your RV bodies?
Floor: CFRT honeycomb panel with anti-slip black surface — high-strength, waterproof, impact-resistant. Wall panels: PP honeycomb sandwich panels — lightweight, moisture-proof, rot-proof, dimensionally stable (no warping from humidity changes like plywood). Roof: PP honeycomb panel with UV-resistant top surface. Frame: 6063 aluminum alloy profiles. All materials are 100% waterproof and recyclable — eliminating the rot, delamination, and mold issues common in traditional plywood-framed RVs.
What is your minimum order quantity for RV body OEM?
Prototype development starts with 1-5 units for design validation and customer testing. Production MOQ is typically 20-50 units per model for initial orders, scaling up as volume grows. We invest in custom jigs and fixtures for each new model, so the development phase includes tooling costs that are amortized over production volume. For our existing OEM customers, we produce ongoing monthly batches shipped from our Malaysia facility.
Where are your RV bodies assembled?
Composite panels and metal components are manufactured at our main factory in Tongxiang, China. RV bodies are assembled at our facility in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia. This dual-base model provides favorable trade logistics for our primary target market (USA) and other global destinations. Bodies ship as CKD (flat-packed modular) or as fully assembled shells depending on customer preference and trade route optimization.
