From Composite Materialsto Complete Vehicle Bodies
Hotech Composites (Zhejiang Haozhuo New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.) is a vertically integrated manufacturer covering the full chain from raw composite materials to finished vehicle bodies. We produce PP honeycomb core, CFRT panels, FRP sandwich panels, and MPP insulation boards — then use these materials to build CKD modular truck bodies and travel trailers for global OEM customers.
Composite Materials
Our core: PP honeycomb core, CFRT honeycomb panels, PP honeycomb panels, MPP insulation boards, and custom sandwich panels. Supplied as raw materials to manufacturers worldwide, or used in our own vehicle body production.
Metal Processing & Coating
In-house metal stamping, welding, CNC cutting, and surface treatment (powder coating, E-coating). We produce chassis components, structural frames, and mounting hardware for our vehicle body assemblies.
Vehicle Body Assembly
Complete dry freight truck bodies, refrigerated truck bodies, and travel trailers. CKD (Completely Knocked Down) modular design for efficient global shipping. Final assembly at our Malaysia facility.
Dual Manufacturing Base
Our strategic dual-base model separates R&D and material production (China) from final assembly and export (Malaysia). This structure optimizes trade logistics, reduces shipping costs through CKD modular design, and provides our customers with favorable sourcing options.
