We offer two models: panel supply (cut-to-size composite panels for your own truck body production line) and complete CKD truck bodies (factory-assembled, ready to mount on chassis). Both use the same vertically integrated material chain — from our PP honeycomb coreto finished panels to assembled bodies.

What composite panels are used in truck bodies?
Dry freight truck bodies use PP honeycomb sandwich panels for walls and roof (lightweight, waterproof, impact-resistant) and CFRT honeycomb panels for floors (anti-slip, high load-bearing). Refrigerated truck bodies add MPP micro-porous insulation (0.028 W/m·K thermal conductivity, food-contact safe). Structural frames use 6063 aluminum alloy profiles and LG700 high-strength steel chassis.
How does CKD reduce truck body costs?
CKD (Completely Knocked Down) ships truck bodies as flat-packed panel kits instead of assembled boxes. A 40-foot container holds 4-6 CKD kits vs 1 assembled body, saving 30-40% on shipping per unit. Assembly at destination takes 2-4 hours with standard hand tools, no welding. Our CKD bodies are assembled at our Malaysia facility for global export.
